A scientific instrument is never bought on its own. It has to be imported, installed, calibrated, repaired and explained. It is on that sequence, rather than on supply alone, that the official partnership between HTTS International and HTDS in Cameroon is built.
The catalogue first. All six HTDS divisions (security and detection, product control, analytical sciences, nuclear and radiation protection, electrochemistry and testing, optoelectronics) can be ordered from Douala. Part numbers and datasheets are those of the original catalogue: what you see here is what the manufacturer builds.
Warranties follow the equipment. Hardware bought through us stays covered by its manufacturer, and the case is handled between HTTS and HTDS, without the customer having to open a claim abroad.
Everything else happens locally. Commissioning, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance, operator training: that is the part our own engineers carry out, in Cameroon and across Central Africa. It is also the part that decides whether an instrument works or sits idle in a corner of the lab.
