L’utilisation de composants avancés et une conception compacte, innovante et attentive, associées à un logiciel performant et intuitif, permettent aux machines Dylight de répondre aux normes toujours plus strictes imposées par les entreprises agroalimentaires et pharmaceutiques. AVANTAGES DE L’INSPECTION PAR RAYONS X Il s’agit d’une analyse non destructive qui, sans altérer la composition chimique ni les propriétés organoleptiques des produits, détecte les contaminants qu’ils contiennent (dans tout type de conteneur ou d’emballage) et en vérifie l’intégrité et la conformité. Les contaminants ayant une densité supérieure à celle des produits inspectés (métaux, verre, os hautement calcifiés, pierres, coquillages, céramique, PVC, Viton®) ne poseront plus aucun problème. Un système d’inspection d’entrée de gamme, abordable et performant, avec toutes les solutions techniques essentielles, qui peut être facilement installé sur des convoyeurs droits existants. Le Dylight S peut être installé sur un convoyeur droit existant, avec une procédure d’alignement simple et rapide, grâce au nouveau système de lignes de référence numérotées. Grâce à une philosophie de conception innovante, tous les composants principaux sont accessibles et remplaçables facilement, de même que toutes les surfaces internes sont accessibles et lavables. Parfait pour l’inspection de briques, de boîtes en métal ou en papier et de bouteilles en plastique.Le système de refroidissement par air permet à la machine de fonctionner dans une large plage de température, sans nécessiter un système de refroidissement par eau externe normalement utilisé avec des machines plus puissantes. Avec le Dylight S, Dylog est en mesure d’offrir une solution d’inspection plug-and-play pour les produits dans des récipients rigides, tout en maintenant des performances sans faille.
