Description

Le SPCM-NIR d’Excelitas Technologies est un module de comptage de photons uniques spécialement sélectionné et optimisé pour les performances spectrales en proche infrarouge accrues. Ce module utilise une photodiode à avalanche spécialement sélectionnée avec une efficacité quantique de détection supérieur à 73%, et une très grande résolution spatiale sur l’ensemble de la surface active. Ce dispositif amélioré NIR est conçu pour les applications LIDAR, de communication quantique, de microscopie, ainsi que pour de nombreuses autres applications.
