Description
Les bandelettes réactives à flux latéral AuroFlow ™ sont conçues pour la détection d’une large gamme d’antibiotiques dans le lait de vache cru et mélangé. Ces tests rapides détectent 14 antibiotiques bêta-lactamines et 3 tétracyclines dans le lait à ou en dessous des limites maximales de résidus (LMR) de l’UE et du CODEX. Les kits combinés permettent la détection simultanée de différentes classes de résidus d’antibiotiques. Ces tests à la pointe de la technologie utilisent également de nouvelles méthodes qui éliminent le besoin d’un bloc chauffant. Des rapports de validation sont disponibles montrant l’efficacité des tests à la fois à température ambiante et au lait froid. Le protocole rapide et simplifié peut être vu dans l’onglet suivant. Pour l’interprétation visuelle, lorsque le signal à la ligne T est plus intense que le signal à la ligne C, l’échantillon de lait est négatif pour la présence de résidus. Un signal sur la ligne T qui est égal ou moins intense que le signal sur la ligne C indique un échantillon de lait contaminé.
