MACHINE À VUE LATÉRALE DYMOND L’utilisation de composants de haute qualité et sensibilité, associée à un logiciel performant et intuitif permet aux équipements DYMOND M d’être adaptés aux normes drastiques des industries agroalimentaires et pharmaceutiques. AVANTAGES DE L’INSPECTION AUX RAYONS X Il s’agit d’une analyse non destructive, qui, sans altérer le produit chimiquement ou sa composition organoleptique, détecte tout contaminant à l’intérieur (dans n’importe quel type de du contenant ou de l’emballage) et vérifie leur intégralité et leur conformité.Les contaminants ayant une densité plus élevée que la densité de l’échantillon inspecté (métaux, verre, produits hautement calcifiés os, pierres, coquillages, céramiques, PVC, Viton®) ne seront plus un problème. Hardware : Trois tubes à rayons X (orientables selon la forme du produit), grâce à une focalisation réduite et à un niveau de qualité élevé, conduisent à des performances de haut niveau et constantes dans le temps, avec un accent particulier surla partie inférieure des bocaux et bouteilles en verre. Cela fait du Dymond M la machine parfaite pour l’inspection de produits liquides ou semi-liquides conditionnées en bocaux et bouteilles en verre. Grâce à la technologie triple faisceau réglable, le Dymond M permet d’obtenir les meilleures probabilités de détection possible. Les détecteurs de dernière génération permettent d’obtenir des images optimales aptes à l’analyse. La machine peut être livrée avec un système complet de convoyage, d’éjection et de bac de rejet, sur mesure sur les produits et l’agencement de la production existante ligne. Les produits peuvent être inspectés de manière fiable avec un espacement minimal (2cm). Software : Les images radiographiées présentent un excellent niveau de contraste, même à vitesse élevée de la ligne de production. L’ensemble de l’interface est très conviviable et est fournie à l’aide d’algorithmes affinés et sophistiqués. La machine dispose d’une commande à 5 niveaux, ce qui la rend compatible avec les protocoles de contrôle les plus exigeants.
